Our front-end app feeds to the bank end portal which is critical to our 360-reporting system. All reports can be provided to directors on a cyclical basis, or any time during a service charge year:

Maintenance reportsall our maintenance requests are logged and transferrable to a works order, creating a full and detailed list of all maintenance work undertaken.

Works order reports – all invoices must be accompanied with a work order number associated to the maintenance request.

Budget v Actual Report – the invoices are then allocated a cost provision on the service charge budget enabling us to pull BvA reports, this provides a real time understanding of expenditure against individual cost codes.

Income / Debtor Report – instant access to debtors reports via our app or dedicated income summaries.

Starting from a resident’s maintenance request and ending with the developments service charge annual accounts, our app and portal is critical to providing transparency, whilst also providing real-time reporting to both leaseholders and directors.

We have an in house accountancy team completing service charge accounts and reconciling with our resident portal to ensure directors are kept informed of up-to-date financial information.

Health, Safety and Insurances

This is paramount - we ensure the apartment blocks & roads have the sufficient insurances. We also conduct health and safety tests in common areas and buildings, including necessary fire tests and reports.


Quality Assurance

We manage prestige developments that require the best trades to produce the highest standards. Prior to appointment we conduct a full review of the contractor, whilst also comprehensively monitoring the quality of the work.
